Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate processes, identify risks, and design controls
• Lead risk identification, risk assessment, RCSA, and control design activities
• Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify operational, compliance, and fiduciary risks
• Review control inventories and language to ensure sustainable, effective controls
• Perform control gap analyses and recommend preventive, detective, automated, and monitoring controls
• Translate risks into testable control designs aligned with internal standards
• Provide risk-based feedback and build strong partner relationships
• Leverage data analytics, reporting, and automation to improve risk management
