• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant banking experience, or 6 years combined education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration and management skills.
• Ability to present concepts clearly and build consensus to move projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and control improvement by providing timely feedback to business partners.
• Review process maps, procedures and control design language for risk and enhancements.
• Identify risks, reach consensus, and facilitate change across the segment.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and automation to strengthen processes.
• Maintain understanding of Institutional Services offerings, processes, and regulatory criteria.
• Manage several workstreams concurrently and provide status updates regularly.
• Promote belonging and reflect the M&T Bank brand.
