Job summary

The role supports fiscal accountability and compliance with institutional and federal requirements, coordinates hybrid, virtual, and asynchronous training events, and serves as the operational lead in the absence of the Project Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with leading, planning, including program development and innovation, prioritization, and assessment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees contracts, procurement, participant registration, travel coordination, conference planning, budget tracking, and operational logistics for grant-funded projects.
• Monitors project timelines and ensures fiscal accountability and compliance with institutional and federal requirements.
• Coordinates logistics for hybrid, virtual, and asynchronous training events and serves as the designated operational lead in the absence of the Project Director.
• Gathers information and prepares reports, correspondence, and memorandums; researches and resolves issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
