Job summary

Richline Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Business Administration Manager in New York, NY. This role serves as the operational and commercial hub connecting Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal, driving process improvements and mitigating business risk.

You will manage contract and consignment administration, oversee filings for patents and trademarks, standardize workflows, and coordinate with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, finance, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations.
• Experience with commercial contracts, sales, and consignment agreements.
• Ability to travel to remote offices and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Maintain and renew filings for patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
• Review and track NDAs, MSAs, contracts, and SOWs.
• Ensure contract terms, pricing, and delivery commitments are understood and honored.
• Standardize contract workflows and maintain an audit-ready central repository.
• Coordinate with external counsel on docketing and filings.
• Identify commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
