Job summary

Reality Operations Group (ROG) is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager in New York to negotiate and administer a wide range of procurement agreements. The role requires drafting, execution, renewal, and close-out while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and value-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong legal acumen, procurement knowledge, and excellent communication skills to align contracts with corporate policies and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in contract negotiation, management, or administration, preferably in real estate or construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, and NDAs.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to termination and renewal.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; collaborate with Risk and Legal teams.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors on contract matters.
• Oversee contract close-out and ensure all obligations are met and documented.
• Evaluate pricing terms and benchmark against industry standards to support cost containment.
