Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the Solutions Business Area within the Intelligence Sector. This role partners with program teams, capture leaders, and IC customers to provide strategic contractual guidance from proposal through closeout.

You will negotiate complex terms, manage risk, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while collaborating across Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, and the ideal candidate brings cradle-to-grave experience

Qualifications

• Cradle-to-grave contract administration for U.S. Government contracts.
• Experience with a variety contract types and acquisition environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership in reviewing RFPs and preparing Contracts Volumes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractual advisor to programs, captures, and leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk, compliance, and negotiation.
• Advise on acquisition strategies and solicitation requirements.
• Lead negotiations and administration of contracts, NDAs, and teamings.
• Build relationships with government customers and partners.
• Collaborate with PM, BD, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and policies.
