The role emphasizes strategic contract formation, negotiation, and risk mitigation, with growth into a professional contract management career field.

The position requires colab with Project Manager, Legal, and senior management, and offers in-office presence at NANA offices in Anchorage or Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 6-10 years of directly related experience.
• Basic understanding of contractual terms and conditions such as indemnity, warranty, and performance acceptance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of systems used for data management (CLM, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations and contracts leadership in developing contract strategy and assisting in driving implementation of strategic contract opportunities with significant impact.
• Supports contract negotiations and provide contractual expertise in implementation, execution and administration for various contract types.
• Draft terms and conditions for confidentiality and teaming agreements, and pricing proposal conditions or assumptions.
