Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Senior Legal Contracts Manager to support the US Sales organization from the St. Louis, MO office. The role involves negotiating and drafting diverse business-to-business contracts, providing risk analysis, and educating the sales team on contracting practices.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include end-to-end contract negotiations, crafting custom terms, and leading process improvement initiatives within the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of related legal contract review experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, reviews, negotiates and approves non-standard contractual terms and conditions.
• Manages end-to-end contract negotiation for edits and custom terms requested by customers.
• Educates sales organization by providing risk analysis of contractual terms and exceptions.
• Maintains records of contract assignments and supports process improvements.
• Coordinates with Risk Management, Finance and Security to ensure contractual requirements.
• Leads, or participates in, department projects and process improvements.
