Job summary

Equifax in St. Louis, MO is seeking aSenior Legal Contracts Manager to support the US Sales organization by negotiating and drafting a wide range of business-to-business contracts, including non-standard terms, and leading end-to-end edits and approvals.

You will educate the sales team with risk analysis of contractual terms, manage contract assignments, and partner across Risk Management, Finance and Security to coordinate requirements and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related legal contract review experience.
• ABA approved Paralegal Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, reviews, negotiates and approves a variety of customer contracts, amendments and extensions.
• Directs, project manages and negotiates customer contracts, consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Combines business and legal expertise to create custom contract solutions meeting business objectives.
• Provides guidance on contractual terms, policies and procedures to sales, project managers and support staff, including training.
• Advises on business terms and conditions, including risk analysis, collaborating with sales to create solutions.
• Coordinates with Risk Management, Finance and Security to address contractual requirements and perform risk analysis.
• Participates in department projects and drives process improvement initiatives.
