Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field in business, legal studies, or a related area.
• Paralegal Certificate or CPCM/CCCM preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise and administer routine and standardized commercial agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Monitor contract calendars and milestones such as renewal and expiration dates.
• Coordinate execution using electronic signature platforms and maintain repositories.
• Prepare amendments, renewals, notices and related contract documents.
• Redline third-party agreements using approved positions and escalation procedures.
• Assist attorneys with contract research, due diligence, and document prep.
