Job summary

Blattner Company is seeking a contracts-focused professional to act as the primary point of contact for high-value customer contracts throughout the full project lifecycle. You will coordinate review, edits, and negotiations with cross-functional teams during planning and, later, administration during execution and closeout.

• Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Contracting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Blattner’s designated contracts-related point of contact on high value contracts during the full project lifecycle.
• Facilitates contract review, edits, and negotiation of customer contracts as part of Blattner’s cross functional team during planning.
• Handles customer contract administration and compliance during execution and closeout stages of projects.
• Collaborates with estimating, engineering, operations and in-house attorneys to support contract revisions for each bid submittal.
• Guides contract and exhibit review and supports negotiations with Blattner’s customers on awarded projects through contract execution.
