You will coordinate contract reviews, edits, and negotiations with cross-functional teams including estimating, engineering, operations, and in-house attorneys.

Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education (i.e. associate degree) and experience.
• Contracting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Blattner's designated contracts-related point of contact on high value customer contracts during the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinates contract review, edits, and negotiation with cross functional teams during bid phase.
• Develops and maintains relationships with Blattner's customers and leads negotiations as part of the cross-functional team.
• Reviews and analyzes potential risks, scope gaps, and alignment issues prior to contract execution.
