Job summary

Blattner Energy, Inc. in Avon, Minnesota, seeks a contracts-focused professional to act as the primary contact for high-value customer contracts across the full project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations and in-house attorneys to review, revise and negotiate contract terms, monitor status, and mitigate risks to ensure alignment with project goals and company risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Contracting exposure.
• Negotiating, writing and understanding contracts.
• Construction industry experience.
• Renewable energy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Blattner’s designated contracts-related point of contact on high value customer contracts.
• Facilitate contract review, edits, and negotiation during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations and in-house attorneys.
• Support contract execution and compliance across bid, execution, and closeout stages.
