Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Lead Contracting Analyst to oversee contract administration, compliance, and lifecycle management across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and stakeholders to review terms, assess risks, support negotiations, and maintain records.

You will help optimize processes, templates, reporting, and controls to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to company policies and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, or related function.
• Extensive contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, renewals, service levels, obligations, risk provisions, and approval workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex agreements and translate terms into business, financial, and operational implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of fiber build access agreement contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to support contract negotiations and ensure terms align with standards.
• Maintain contract repositories, track key dates, renewal terms, obligations, pricing provisions, and approvals.
• Develop and improve contracting processes, templates, reporting, and controls to increase efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Prepare contract status execution reporting for leadership review and decision‑making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for contract‑related inquiries, advising stakeholders on requirements, approvals, and process expectations.
