Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of large-scale telecommunications projects. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, vendors, and external partners to ensure execution, accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-driven, and proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence across all phases of implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications, network deployment, or related program management.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and project quality control.

Responsibilities

• Project & Milestone Management across multiple projects with real-time status and reporting.
• Identify risks, assign ownership, develop mitigation plans and track actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet engineering, construction, and operational quality standards.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and develop concise leadership reporting.
• Drive process improvements across engineering, construction, and deployment.
