Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years of strategy consulting experience with strong business and financial acumen.
• Advanced data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau skills; familiarity with SQL and R/STATA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational and strategic data using financial models and cost–benefit analysis to guide decisions.
• Leverage BI tools, scenario modeling, and benchmarking to optimize resources across business areas.
• Translate data-driven insights into policy recommendations aligned with goals and regulations.
• Communicate with stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations and building alignment.
