Barnhart seeks a Contract Reviewer to provide expertise on corporate transactional matters, ensuring risk assessment, compliance, and proper insurance alignment across all contracts. The role requires drafting exceptions, advising on bid readiness, and supporting negotiations with customers.

The successful candidate will manage contract processes within Barnhart guidelines, maintain documentation, and ensure timely approval and finalization of agreements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years’ experience in corporate transactional matters.
• Proficiency in IFS, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Proficiency in prioritizing and performing work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Timely review of all Company Contracts, Job Tickets, Purchase Orders and other Agreements.
• Advisory to the Company concerning risks, damages, indemnification, and insurance related to contracts.
• Draft appropriate exceptions and ancillary documents to meet objectives.
• Advise on contract compliance/audit requirements and draft changes/exceptions as needed.
• Assist in information/documentation for contract bidding purposes and reporting to Sr. Management.
• Assist in retention of Company Contracts/Agreements and related documents.
• Assist administrative personnel in processing and maintenance of contracts/agreements and in negotiations with customers.
