You will influence negotiations, review and draft client and supplier contracts, and help manage risk across professional services and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating or administering professional contracts.
• Ability to assess commercial risk and advise on contractual modifications.
• Experience with redlining, clause drafting and governing law.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Deal Analysis: Review, redline, and negotiate key terms for professional services agreements, MSAs and related contracts.
• Commercial Risk Mitigation: Identify liabilities early and recommend modifications to protect the firm.
• Lifecycle Management: Own contract lifecycle from drafting to compliance monitoring.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Liaise with legal, insurance brokers and project leads to resolve roadblocks.
• Process Architecture: Help build and refine contract management systems and policies.
