Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and assist contract procurement staff.
• Review prime agreements to identify risk terms and ensure flow-down to subcontracts.
• Draft, review, and revise subcontracts and master service agreements; amendments and work orders.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of contract deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Advise Project Managers on subcontracting requirements.
• Summarize contract requirements and internal policies for teams.
• Assist with prime agreement compliance checks.
• Provide training and support for subcontract staff.
• Negotiate subcontract terms aligned with prime agreements and policies.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
