Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Contract Operations Specialist to support Market Access contracts, master data, and approvals. You will analyze contractual payments across Health Plans, GPOs, pharmacies, physicians and wholesalers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Contract Language Experience is required.
0-1 year experience in business or pharmaceutical is required.
Strong logic and mathematical skills are expected.
Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint is necessary.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously is expected.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Good attention to detail and trend analysis is important.

Responsibilities

Validate, Monitor and Update Customer Master Data.
Coordinate with Customer Facing Team and Customers to obtain accurate membership rosters.
Analyze and report on customer activity using chargebacks, rebates and sales data.
Interpret contract language and regulations for accurate reimbursements.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate to prioritize and coordinate efforts for excellent customer service.
Contribute to contract management strategies and reimbursement arrangements.
Comply with training, audit controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
