Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Contracts & Insurance Analyst to support Sourcing, Legal, and Risk Management with contract analytics, drafting, and CLM tool implementation. This essential role strengthens the contracting process and risk controls across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year in contract analysis and drafting (2+ years preferred), plus familiarity with Coupa, Oracle, CLM, and Adobe Sign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ year experience in contract analysis and drafting.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in contract analysis and drafting.
• Paralegal or Risk Management certification preferred.
• Systems familiarity: Coupa, Oracle, CLM, Adobe Sign.

Responsibilities

• Support CLM tool implementation and provide admin support for contract records.
• Assist drafting, redlining, and signatures of NDAs, change orders, amendments, and termination letters.
• Provide risk management analysis by reviewing insurance requirements and gap analysis.
• Analyze contract data, track KPIs, and prepare reports on compliance and risk.
• Coordinate supplier probity checks and escalate as needed.
• Train internal teams on contract terms and compliance.
