Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract management or related fields.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day directional leadership and training to contractor staff.
• Maintain understanding of contract execution; SME on licensing for NA Contract Management.
• Audit contracts for compliance with policies and QA standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive corrective actions.
• Address complex contract issues and coordinate with Licensing, Finance, or Legal.
• Develop KPI reporting with NA Hub leader.
• Lead regional and global projects and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholder teams and review complex issues.
• Participate in system and process improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and job aids.
• Interpret large data sets and present insights to leadership.
