Donaldson Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Contract Manager to partner with business teams to draft, review, and administer commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. The role emphasizes negotiating terms, assessing obligations, and guiding stakeholders through the contract lifecycle in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of experience in commercial contracts and relevant credentials; JD or paralegal certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts.
• JD or paralegal certification and NCMA certification preferred.
• Experience with government contracting and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Manage contracts through intake, negotiation, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination.
• Identify and escalate legal, regulatory, financial, and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Global Trade Compliance teams.
• Support government contracting and export controls compliance.
• Develop, maintain contract templates, playbooks, and training materials.
