Job summary

Worley is seeking a Procurement Contracts Specialist II in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta. The role focuses on administering contracts, governance, and lifecycle management with cross‑functional teams across Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

You will support contract execution, commercial compliance, change management, reporting, and system governance, helping ensure consistent contract practices and reliable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently administer contracts through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, commercial management, governance, and change management.
• Experience reviewing contract documents, terms, obligations, and risk allocations.
• Experience supporting tendering, evaluation, contract award, and post‑award administration.
• Knowledge of CLM practices and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs/ITTs and contract documents to identify commercial risks and deviations.
• Assist in development and execution of contract strategies and plans.
• Provide input during tendering, evaluation, and execution phases.
• Support negotiations within delegated authority and document changes.
• Prepare commercial evaluations, bid analyses, and award recommendations.
• Administer contracts during execution, including change management tracking and progress meetings.
• Monitor performance relative to terms, pricing, schedule, and obligations.
• Support contract closeout activities and final accounts.
