Job summary

Worley seeks a senior procurement leader to set and lead the strategic supply chain and procurement agenda across Major Programs, ensuring category, sourcing, supplier and partner strategies are aligned to objectives, delivery schedules, cost, risk and execution requirements.

The role provides senior procurement leadership and market insight to enable predictable program delivery outcomes, while collaborating with product, technology, manufacturing and specialist delivery teams as needed.

Qualifications

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline.
• Experience with significant supervisory and/or management experience in procurement and supply chain.
• Experience supporting capital projects or major programs through planning, execution, commissioning and closeout is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent decisions and recommendations on long-range procurement, strategy and program delivery.
• Directs development of an integrated Program Procurement and Supply Chain Strategy for a program.
• Effectively communicates and presents procurement strategies and supplier plans to senior management and strategic suppliers.
• Oversees policy framework, governance and staff management within the program supply chain organization.
• Expert understanding of broader supply chain systems and tools related to major project delivery.
