CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager of Contract Execution to lead development, negotiation, and management of contracts that support market access strategies. You will collaborate with Market Access Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, Analytics, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and are executed efficiently.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or Finance.
7+ years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
4+ years in market access, analytics, pricing, or contracting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with market insight and execution capability.

Responsabilidades

Lead development and negotiation of contracts to support market access.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initial offer letters, redlining, and final execution.
Collaborate with Legal and Market Access to mitigate risk and finalize terms.
Create and maintain contract templates in partnership with Legal.
Ensure accurate contract loading into Model N, including pricing, terms, and execution dates.
