Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in contracting, finance, account management, or corporate strategy.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract analysis and development.
• Experience evaluating information for compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
• Experience collaborating with internal resources to meet department goals within budget and timelines.
• Experience presenting to various audience levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales in account planning and management for assigned customer segments and accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, analyze and implement strategic account plans that maximize profitability.
• Develop account knowledge and understanding of contractual terms and performance to support sales strategies.
• Create and manage proposals for products and services for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Contract Directors to ensure consistency and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate small to medium contracts and books of business.
• Understand the competitive landscape and business strategies affecting accounts.
• Identify contract risks and propose actions to mitigate them.
