Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in talent acquisition, management or HR, or high school/GED with 4+ years in TA/HR.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing talent.
• Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels, in the business community & with vendors.
• Experience providing customer service to internal or external customers, including meeting quality standards for services.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Partners with internal business partners to develop strategies and advise on policies and processes for recruitment. Develops knowledge of the business area and its short and long-term objectives.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to assess future talent implications based on business needs tied to the company strategy.
• Evaluates large sets of data to identify trends, tells a story with data and proposes solutions to the business.
• Maintains expert knowledge of TA trends, policies and processes external to Walgreens; aligns recruiting with the HR agenda.
• Performs benchmarking activities and shares findings to influence the business.
• Develops innovative models on recruiting to meet short- and long-term business needs.
