The candidate will lead a team, partner with management, and develop reporting processes while navigating diverse investments and opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree and strong analytics are required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business management, economics, or related field.
• Experience in analytical roles and identifying operational issues.
• Experience with project management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business management to understand key drivers, processes, and strategic direction.
• Collaborates with management and support teams to deliver customer value and positive results.
• Develops cross-functional team approach, providing financial management support across levels.
• Leads preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Performs variance analyses and prepares budget/forecast presentations.
• Addresses issues with relevant teams to develop action plans; identifies process improvements.
• Supports monthly reviews and planning sessions; evaluates financial/operational results.
• Analyzes investments and builds business cases for projects.
• Directly manages team members and oversees cross-functional teams.
• Participates in medium-term and strategic planning for the area.
