This role helps ensure contractual compliance, mitigates risk, maintains accurate contract records, and supports internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong contract review and redlining skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or JD/LLM.
• At least 4 years' experience in contract administration.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, administering, and maintaining contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word with redlining abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, administer, and maintain a variety of commercial contracts.
• Review, redline, negotiate, and process NDAs and standard agreements.
• Apply negotiation guidelines and escalate high-risk terms to Legal.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, business units, suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Verify contract data and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Review documents for contractual, formatting, and grammatical accuracy.
