Perforce is seeking a strategic Content Marketing Manager to drive the content strategy, thought leadership, and product storytelling for the Digital Creation portfolio. You will translate complex software concepts for developers, technical artists, and engineering leaders, partnering with product marketing, product management, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably within enterprise software, developer tools, DevOps, infrastructure software, SaaS, or technology industries.
• Proven success developing content programs that support both brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Experience partnering with product marketing, demand generation, and sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned to business objectives, product launches, customer journeys, and revenue goals.
• Utilize SEO and AEO best practices to ensure brands are prominent in organic search and LLM results for our target audiences.
• Build and manage editorial calendars that efficiently support brand awareness, thought leadership, and pipeline generation initiatives.
• Identify content gaps, audience needs, and market opportunities through customer insights, competitive research, and performance analytics.
• Partner with marketing leadership to support messaging frameworks, campaign themes, and integrated go-to-market initiatives.
• Measure, analyze, and report on content performance using established marketing metrics and refresh top performing content into new formats.
