The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in B2B tech content strategy, exceptional writing, and experience building editorial programs.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in B2B technology content strategy, editorial, communications, or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories and messages.
• Experience building editorial programs and content operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise messaging into reusable narrative chapters and customer stories.
• Write and edit high-priority content including thought leadership and market perspectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Advocacy, and Communications to convert customer experiences into stories.
• Build editorial plans, standards, and development processes aligned with goals.
• Establish and operate a Content Center of Excellence with reusable content and ownership.
