You will partner with client success and operations to run voice-of-client programs, gather insights, and share outcomes. This role blends hands-on creation with strategy in a government-focused software environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, or related discipline.
• Portfolio showing original thought leadership and credible customer storytelling.
• Excellent writer, developmental editor, and interviewer who clarifies technical subjects.
• Experience building a content, advocacy, or customer-engagement program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an editorial roadmap aligned with priorities and audience.
• Research, interview, write, and edit thought leadership, client stories, case studies, reports, and campaigns.
• Develop a bench of client references, speakers, advocates for case studies, webinars, and events.
• Extract strong points of view from executives and SMEs to create market-facing content.
• Lead voice-of-client programs with surveys, NPS, and insights sharing.
• Establish standards for content intake, prioritization, review, and distribution.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to distribute content across channels for engagement and pipeline.
