Job summary

Grant Street Group is seeking a senior marketer to turn client expertise into credible market presence. You will lead content strategy, interview executives and clients, and build a scalable program across editorial, thought leadership, case studies, and campaigns.

You will partner with Client Success and Growth Marketing to drive engagement and fuel trust with government and public-sector clients. The role combines hands-on creation with process-building in a remote-friendly, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in B2B content marketing, customer marketing, editorial strategy, or related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating original thought leadership and credible customer storytelling.
• Excellent writer, developmental editor, and interviewer who clarifies technical subjects.
• Built a content/advocacy/reference/customer-engagement program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an editorial roadmap aligned with GSG priorities and determine stories, audience, and format.
• Research, interview, write, and edit thought leadership, market perspectives, client stories, case studies, reports, emails, web content, and social content.
• Create a repeatable process for identifying customer outcomes and proof points, develop client references and advocates for various assets and events.
• Draw out strong points of view from executives and subject-matter experts and turn them into distinctive market-facing content.
• Partner with Client Success and operations on voice-of-client programs, including surveys, response capture, analysis, and reporting.
• Establish lightweight standards for content intake and distribution, and measure performance.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to distribute content across campaigns, web, email, social, and events with data-driven optimization.
