Job summary

Lumen is expanding its product packaging to a consumption-based model. The Consumption Pricing Monetization Lead will define usage-based pricing, packaging, marketplace offers, terms, and scalable operating processes to monetize Lumen products.

You will partner with Product, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Pricing Ops to translate customer consumption commitments into flexible, transactable solutions and build repeatable processes across listing, metrics, pricing, terms, order flow, fulfillment, and

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in corporate consumption pricing and monetization.
• Five+ years in cloud pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy at a hyperscaler, ISV, AI, or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with consumption modeling and packaging.
• Operational mindset with ability to build processes from zero.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy for consumption contract vehicles.
• Mirror consumption pricing models used by Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.
• Create new SKUs and determine how to format offerings.
• Build repeatable playbooks for Sales, Deal Desk, Pricing Ops.
• Coordinate across Product, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Pricing Ops.
