Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates outbound and receives inbound calls regarding delinquent accounts.
• Reduces delinquency and avoids repossessions or charge-offs on assigned accounts.
• Determines reason for non-payment and documents findings.
• Completes skip tracing to locate customers when contact fails.
• Reviews bank systems (FIS/IBS, Image Centre) to assess account status.
• Negotiates payment arrangements and tracks progress in the system.
