Job summary

Epicor seeks a Principal Consulting Services Territory Manager to lead delivery of complex customer engagements across Professional Services, Support, and Sales. You will oversee planning, delivery, and oversight while balancing customer needs, risk, profitability, and timelines.

You will work across teams, support pre-sales, and travel up to 50% to customer sites, with remote options. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive long-lasting success for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in industry-specific or specialized consulting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging executives and teams in-person and remote.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with multi-project sponsorship.
• Experience managing high-level profit and loss across multiple states with project visibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client challenges and deliver strategic improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer product and service delivery projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution of large-scale deployments with visibility into priorities, risks, and outcomes.
• Evaluate engagement profitability and risk, recommending client-focused solutions that maximize value while minimizing delivery risk.
• Partner with Support and internal teams to resolve customer issues, strengthen client relationships, and act as escalation point for services and implementation concerns.
• Lead and participate in project kickoffs, planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and other engagements, remotely and on-site.
• Support pre-sales activities through customer presentations, services planning, proposal development, work plan creation, and delivery strategy consultations.
• Lead reviews of engagement scope, cost estimates, and pricing while sharing best practices with the team.
