Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a strategic Manager, Consulting Services to lead cellular therapy consulting engagements and build strong client relationships. You will oversee projects from proposal to delivery and mentor a network of consultants.

This remote US role reports to the COO and drives growth through client satisfaction and opportunity identification. The ideal candidate has a strong business acumen, deep cellular therapy knowledge, excellent communication, and proven leadership in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consulting engagements and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and consultant assignments.
• Identify new business opportunities and support consulting practice growth.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events as needed.
