Job summary

Sustainable World, Inc. is seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Consulting Services to lead cellular therapy consulting engagements, build client relationships, and drive growth.

You will oversee projects from proposal through delivery and manage a network of expert consultants. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and industry knowledge, with remote US work and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.
• Master's degree preferred; experience in consulting, healthcare services, or business management; knowledge of healthcare accreditation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consulting engagements and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and consultant assignments.
• Identify new business opportunities and support consulting practice growth.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events as needed.
