Job summary

ISHE in the United States is seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Consulting Services to lead consulting engagements, build client relationships, and drive growth within our cellular therapy practice.

This role oversees projects from proposal to delivery, recruits and mentors consultants, and ensures high-quality service and client satisfaction while representing ISHE at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.

Location: Remote (U.S. only) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Reports To: COO

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Consulting Services to lead consulting engagements, build client relationships, and drive growth within our cellular therapy consulting practice. This role oversees consulting projects from proposal through delivery while managing and developing a network of expert consultants.

Required:

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $98,790
• Generous paid vacation and sick leave with progressive accrual, starting at 8 hours per month each
