Job summary

Cim is seeking a strategic Manager, Consulting Services to lead consulting engagements in our cellular therapy practice. You will be the primary client contact, overseeing proposals through delivery and building a network of expert consultants.

This remote U.S. role reports to the COO. You will grow the practice by identifying opportunities, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.

Location: Remote (U.S. only) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Reports To: COO

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Consulting Services to lead consulting engagements, build client relationships, and drive growth within our cellular therapy consulting practice. This role oversees consulting projects from proposal through delivery while managing and developing a network of expert consultants.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $98,790
