Job summary

Sacbar seeks a strategic and experienced Manager, Consulting Services to lead cellular therapy consulting engagements and grow client relationships. This role oversees projects from proposal through delivery while managing a network of expert consultants.

You will recruit and mentor consulting professionals, ensure high-quality service delivery, and represent Sacbar at industry conferences. Minimum 4 years in cellular therapy and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consulting engagements and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and consultant assignments.
• Identify new business opportunities and support consulting practice growth.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events as needed.
