Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Sr. Purchasing Agent responsible for quoting, procurement, and delivery from qualified suppliers in alignment with company policies.

You will determine best value considering cost, quality, and delivery, and support National Supply Agreement considerations. The role involves requisition fulfillment, vendor negotiations, bid preparation, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and supplies.

Qualifications

• 2 year AA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing practices, systems, and practices.
• Good ability to effectively negotiate and procure items in a timely manner.
• Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, quality oriented, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Procure and ensure timely delivery of specified products and services from qualified suppliers.
• Collaborate with A/P and Project Management to resolve issues and expedite payments.
• Prepare bid documents and bid lists, and assist with award recommendations.
• Coordinate with project managers and staff to procure materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate bulk deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Create and manage purchase orders and follow up on past-due orders.
