Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of construction experience, including phased, occupied, and renovation projects.
• At least five (5) years as a project manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project staffing plan and assignments.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedule.
• Establish and manage project-specific cost control system.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all project participants.
• Provide training to assistant project managers.
