Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation such as RFPs and agendas with clear, concise project communications.
• Prepare action item matrices and meeting minutes; track deliverables.
• Respond to client questions confidently and in a timely manner.
• Nurture client relationships and support project teams across disciplines.
• Plan and complete deliverables on construction and development projects independently.
