Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation: RFPs, action items matrices, meeting minutes and agendas.
• Deliver clear, concise project correspondence with attention to detail.
• Identify and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Respond to client questions confidently and in a timely manner.
