Franklin Street is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to deliver project management supervision and superior client service across assigned client projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, submittals and change orders, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to drive project success.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in project management, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of construction management and architectural drawings. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of practical experience in a project management role preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software.
• Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals.

Responsabilités

• Deliver project management supervision over assigned client projects with superior client service and exterior vendor management.
• Develop project-specific goals, schedules, budgets and detailed assumptions upon award.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria to meet client needs.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain all appropriate documentation for the client.
• Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and defined assumptions.
• Act as the primary contact with the client throughout the project duration.
• Guide the client and team through design implementation from concept to construction sign-off.
• Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule.
• Prepare RFQs for vendor and contractor services for the project.
