Interior Talent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct projects from acquisition through occupancy in Atlanta.

The role blends development, design, and construction management, requiring strong leadership across teams and tight coordination of budgets and schedules. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in multifamily or commercial real estate development, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, or construction management.
• Seven years of experience in construction and real estate; twelve years total professional work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF Professional, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and web-based project management software.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and management skills.

• Must be able to manage and navigate shifting work priorities effectively.
• Have a thorough understanding of construction documents and how the disciplines interact with each other.
• Have a great understanding of sequencing of construction activities and construction means and methods.
• Project experience in tenant fit-outs, ground-up construction, food & beverage, historic adaptive reuse.
