Job summary

Bouten Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects in the Inland Northwest. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and budget while directing preconstruction planning, master scheduling, risk management, and on-site execution.

You will mentor teams, partner with clients and trade partners, and champion company processes to deliver high-quality results with a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Six years of commercial construction experience, including healthcare projects.
• Experience managing complex commercial construction through preconstruction and construction.
• Experience with GC/CM, Design-Build, and CMAR methods.
• Strong decision making and complex problem solving.
• Understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Timberline (Sage Intacct).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple projects; ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Lead preconstruction planning, master schedules, risk management, and on-site execution.
• Mentor and develop project teams; build strong client and partner relationships.
• Oversee project documentation: logs, inspections, schedules, labor tracking, budgets, procurement.
• Support staffing, recruiting, and building cohesive project teams.
• Drive Lean practices, company initiatives, and continuous improvement.
