Bouten Construction Company in Spokane, WA is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall leadership for projects, overseeing day-to-day execution, cost, quality, risk, safety, schedule, and team mentorship. You will develop and strengthen relationships with clients, design professionals, trade partners, and communities where we build.

The role involves leading the preconstruction effort, managing budgets, and driving Lean project delivery while advancing career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 4-6 years' related experience managing projects $20M-$75M.
• Designed-Build experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead project team to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
• Oversee project cost, budgeting, forecasting, and billings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and Last Planner System.
• Manage owner relationships and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with safety, design professionals, and trade partners.
• Support preconstruction and project procurement efforts.
• Mentor Bouten team members and drive Lean initiatives.
